Francois Pralus is anexceptional boutique French chocolatier offering a variety of chocolate bars ranging the globe (Madagascar, Indonesia, Djakarta – to name a few). He is one of the few French chocolatiers to make his own chocolate at his facility in Roanne, France. He receives the very best varieties of cocoa beans from around twenty tropical regions of the world. He has also cultivated his own plantation in Madagascar on the island of Nosy Be, also known as the “isle of perfumes”.
From Sao Tome by way of Brazil and Venezuela, Monsieur Pralus personally inspects cacao for his plantations from the finest origins in the world. The beans are grown, harvested, and fermented with care and then roasted and transformed into a delightful chocolate in his Roanne facility. Today almost 100 tons of Pralus chocolate are manufactured and sold each year.
