Wear it every night. Turn it on airplane mode so I don't get bluetooth radiation, and I just sync it with the base station in the morning. Has helped me optimize my sleep for sure!
Top notch sleep tracking. Activity tracking is questionable, so I rely on a different device for that. But as far as sleep, this is accurate and comfortable.
Interesting to see a break down of my activity by intensity level. It's also great for learning which activities are really high intensity and which are not so that I can adjust my exercise accordingly.
It's a nice little device. Seems to be pretty accurate for sleep tracking as I see correlations to how I feel during the day vs my sleep stats the night before. I also like that there's no monthly subscription like some other devices. If you're interested in improving or finding out about your sleep quality this is a very good choice.
Great device. My girlfriend and I use it to track our sleep and activity. It shows you a breakdown of how much time spent in REM vs deep vs light sleep. I also like that it reminds you to get up and move around if you've been sedentary for too long during the day.
